Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven “Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing” to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives and developing new business opportunities for our 3PL services.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue
• Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns, including content development, social media management, and email marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions for logistics services
• Monitor and report on key sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
